Just the Two of Them

Just two photos today, of two of my blondies.

The relationship between this boys and this dog is really all I’d hoped for when we brought him home as a puppy.  I’d hoped he’d know he was theirs and that his loyalty would lie with them over Matt and me.

Often times he’s torn … if they are running ahead and we’re lagging behind, or even worse, if one boys is here another is there and another is over that way … he obviously struggles with deciding which way to go (did you notice him in the first photo of our walk in THIS post?).  Or to whom he should go.  Sometimes when that happens, he just sits down where he can see everyone.  And then gets himself distracted by a stick or his tail.  Never-the-less, this pup is as loyal as they come and it is obvious where his devotion is.

It is rare to see him with just one boy.  It is rare to see just one boy, period.  But I’m grateful for chances to photograph Charlie with each one of them individually because each one has a very special love for him. ♥

Thanks for visiting, friends.  I sure appreciate you stopping by!
