To the Gardens, with Olivia

Going someplace you’ve been a hundred times with someone who has never been, is like seeing the place for the first time.

My sister-in-law and her husband and daughter stayed with us for a few days last week and while most of the time we just hung out together, we did take one trip to the Oregon Gardens and it was wonderful to see her explore one of our favorite places!

We miss little Olivia already, and are praying it will be sooner than later that we see her again!

Hi Louisa! When I go out for a short trip like this, I only take one lens. If we’re outside I’ll usually always take either the 85 or 135, but in this case I had just gotten the 35 1.4 and I wanted to play with it outside. So that was my lens of choice for this day! :)
