… 11-years ago, tomorrow. I don’t remember what we talked about all those years ago but I do know that I laughed. And I do know that that night, I knew I would marry him. While falling in love, sitting on that tailgate, I didn’t imagine any of the details of our future.
I just knew it would be me and him, and everything else would be an amazing bonus.
Twelve years of falling in love with this man, day after day after day has been … well … indescribably wonderful.
I have such a fondness for tailgates, too.
