This littlest boy of mine has been so challenging … from the moment he wakes up at 5:30 in the morning hollering at the top of his lungs for me, to every other minute of the day, to when he fights naptime tooth and nail and then does the same for bedtime … oiy.
We recently had to take the front railing off of his crib because he started climbing out. Thus, the awfully difficult bedtimes.
Its like a whole new level and understanding of anger and crying and screaming was unleashed in him during his time in the hospital. The fight he gives when not getting his way is so SO reminiscent of his fight when having his blood work done, or IVs put in, or X-rays taken.

When I do see my sweet Tado pop through that challenging, tough, stubborn two-year-old exterior, though ….

… I want to cling to him and never let go.

Oh, my! I have one of those too! I am wondering where the energy comes from for the crazy long tantrums he can throw! Yee haw, I am gonna be holding on for this ride!
Oh, my….I wish I had words of wisdom. As you know love and consistency are key, and knowing “This, too, will pass.”
XO to little Tades from Grammie
XOXO to G&C too
You missed an epic two hour tantrum from Hank yesterday. Seems he wanted the bannana hanger THAT bad.
Tado, you and Tank take it easy on us momma’s, ok?
