First Stitches

It is amazing to me that we’ve gone 7 years of having little boys, and have just now experienced our first incident that required stitches.  That’s a praise, for sure!  But a few weeks ago, Cooper’s cheekbone had a meeting with our concrete step, and I couldn’t help but want to document it with some photos.  The injury, not the accident. 

And even though the stitches are long gone and we’re left treating the scar, I wanted to share this ‘rite of passage’ here…
