All of my boys have Little Giraffe Blankets and each one adores his as much as the next. They love the smell and texture of their blankies, even though they are old and worn and have been over-dried in the drier (whoops!).
This is Mr. C’s … he prefers the green side over the brown side.
I think he lifts it to his lips to gently touch and smell it, without even knowing he’s doing it.
Someday it’ll end up in a box and I’ll save it for his kids. For what it is now, and what it’ll be then, his blankie is a treasure.

Awwww both my boys have their blankies (we call them nigh nights around here), and Ridge always just holds the tag on his, and Crew sucks his thumb (although he’s not supposed to).
There is just something special about snuggly boys.

Good luck, all of ours ended up in shreds. Nothing to save. They were literally loved to death.
I still have all of our blankies…minus Ryan’s. I had someone put new silkie around it and gave it to him at the baby shower for his firstborn. When Sylas was born, his Daddy wrapped him in it :0)
